If your measuring station breaks down, is converted or has to be checked by a custodian, our mobile PGC is the optimal solution for you. You can use it to replace a measuring station within a short time or to generate temporarily required measured values.

Our measuring vehicle gives you the opportunity to check the composition of the gas directly on site at your measuring points. A PGC 9304 process gas chromatograph is installed on board the vehicle. We use it to measure your mixed gas and determine the following values:

Calorific value
Heating value
Standard density
Density ratio
Wobbe number
Methane number (optional)

Our mobile process gas chromatograph determines the composition of natural gas, upgraded biogas or mixtures of both every 3 minutes, even if hydrogen is added.

Quickly ready for use, completely self-sufficient, suitable for series production

All we need is a connection to the measuring gas. We bring the mobile PGC to your measuring point; and it remains there for the duration of the measurements. An RMG specialist sets up the mobile unit on site, commissions the process gas chromatograph and makes all the necessary settings for calibration.

The mobile PGC has its own power supply and a supply of calibration and test gases onboard. Recorded data is automatically stored, registered by the weights and measures office and are available for remote retrieval.

Thus, the mobile PGC offers you an ideal possibility for quick measurements on demand. Thanks to short changeover times, a change of location or a series of measured values can also be carried out without any problems.
