TME 400-VMF Turbine Wheel Meter

TME400-VMF turbine meter is the innovative one with electronic totalizer

The TME 400 VMF reliably measures the operating volume, while the TME 400 VCF also features a built-in volume converter and calculates the standard volume based on pressure and temperature values. Both models offer versatile communication interfaces, user-friendly operation, and reliable data acquisition for modern gas measurement technology.

Complete solution for gas volume measurement in custody transfer
  • Electronic meter: Precise measurement and display of operating volume.
  • Flow indicator: Displays the current gas flow rate in real time.
  • Pressure measurement: Continuous measurement and display of operating pressure.
  • Temperature measurement: Measurement and display of the gas temperature via a Pt1000 temperature sensor.
  • Peak value display: Storage and display of the maximum measured flow rate.
  • Standard volumetric flow rate: Calculation and display of the standard volumetric flow rate (VCF version).
  • Alarm output: Notification of defined operating or error conditions.
  • Remote display (optional): Optional remote display with a distance of up to 10 m between the meter and the display unit.
  • Pulse inputs: Two freely configurable pulse inputs for reed switches, Wiegand, or external pulse generators.
  • Contact input: One digital contact input for external signals.
  • HF output: High-frequency output with a defined pulse width of 1 ms.
  • LF output: Low-frequency output with a selectable pulse width of 20 ms, 125 ms, or 250 ms.
  • Pressure sensor input: Connection option for digital pressure sensors.
  • Temperature input: Input for Pt1000 temperature sensors.
  • Communication: RS485 interface for parameterization and data communication.
  • Current module (optional): Optional analog output (e.g., 4-20 mA) for process integration.
