What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation free of charge: up to 8 weeks before the date 50 % cancellation fee: if canceled up to 2 weeks before the appointment 100 % cancellation fee: if canceled 2 weeks or more before the appointment or no-show

When and how is billing carried out?

After your booking, you will receive an invoice with a payment term of 30 days. You will be invoiced regardless of the actual date of participation.

Will I receive training materials?

Yes - all participants receive comprehensive training documentation that supplements the content of the training and also serves as a reference later on.

Will I receive a certificate of participation?

Yes - at the end of the course you will receive an official RMG Academy certificate of attendance.

Does the RMG Academy also offer individual training courses?

Yes - on request, we can create customized training concepts for your team - on site at your premises, online or in our training center. Please contact us and we will make your individual training possible!

Are there fixed dates or flexible offers?

Both are possible: We offer fixed dates in the training calendar as well as flexible appointments on request.

Where do the classroom training courses take place?

Our training courses usually take place in our new training rooms at the RMG Academy.Schorbachstraße 9, 35510 Butzbach, Germany. A map is available for better orientation.

Is catering provided during the training?

Yes - catering is included for our face-to-face participants: we offer drinks, snacks and a light lunch on site. On two-day training courses, dinner is planned in a nearby restaurant on the first evening of the event.

Will RMG book a hotel for me?

No - The RMG Academy will be happy to assist you with a booking or hotel search. The booking must be made independently by the participant or organizer.

Is there a hotel recommendation nearby?

For out-of-town participants we recommend the following hotels in the surrounding area:

Landhaus Klosterwald in Lich - quiet location, approx. 10-15 minutes by car
Hotel Hessischer Hof in Butzbach - central, within walking distance of the train station and city center
Gästehaus Wilhelmshöhe in Butzbach - informal, approx. 5 minutes from the RMG grounds

You are responsible for booking your own hotel. We will be happy to assist you with the selection or with further recommendations.
