We are seeking a full-time

Application Manager for Business Central & Digitalization (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• You will serve as the primary point of contact for our ERP system, Business Central, and our business applications in Microsoft 365
• You will develop international solution concepts to optimize plant and business processes and closely coordinate new requirements with the respective business departments
• You will be responsible for the technical implementation of the developed solutions. As needed, you will coordinate collaboration with our external IT service providers
• You will create standardized workflows and reports using Power BI and Power Automate within the applications you manage
• You will thoroughly test the implemented solutions and ensure a smooth transition to production
• As a knowledgeable point of contact, you’ll support our users through first- and second-level support and work closely with our external service partner companies on more complex issues

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Information Technology or have completed relevant vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience
• You are proficient in using the Business Central or Microsoft Navision ERP system
• You are able to independently carry out minor programming tasks and, ideally, have knowledge of AL or C/AL
• You have experience supporting cloud-based IT applications and are very familiar with Microsoft 365
• You are distinguished by a strong analytical and conceptual mindset
• You are an enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable person
• Excellent German and English language skills round out your profile
