We are looking for a full-time position for our team in Butzbach at the earliest possible date

Order Processing | Service Office Staff (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the processing and timely invoicing of services, repairs and spare parts
• You will manage and evaluate service reports and time sheets
• You will collect and analyze data for Service reporting
• You receive technical customer inquiries by phone and email and process them competently or forward them if necessary
• You will work closely with the entire Service department and the internal sales team

Your profile:

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship or a commercial apprenticeship with a technical background
• You have experience in accounting
• Ideally, you also have experience in customer service
• You are a strong communicator and team player with a customer-oriented, structured and independent way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile
