Team Leader Field Service (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management, development and promotion of our Field Service employees
• Taking into account the needs of our customers, you will ensure the effective and efficient scheduling of your employees
• You ensure smooth communication with the internal departments involved in order to meet customer needs
• You develop, implement and improve our Service and service concepts

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your technical training
• You have further training as a technician/master/bachelor and have professional experience in Service or field service management
• You have initial management experience, especially with virtual management
• You are a solution-oriented, resilient personality with a structured and pragmatic way of working and are characterized by your ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at B2 level round off your profile
