Biogas infeed plant for E.ON Avacon AG

Section 1
Filtration / separation of the prepared biogas with subsequent volume measurement under the supervision of the competent Office of Weights and Measures.

Section 2
Biogas conditioning on the L-gas level via admixture of air that is brought up to the appropriate system pressure via air compressors.

Section 3
Redundant biogas pressure increase system via 2x 100% gas compressors (delivery and area of responsibility - MT Biomethane).

Section 4
Biogas drying system via a regenerative dryer. The gas that will be fed in will be dried to a water content of > 32 mg/Nm³.

Section 5
Biogas property measurement via RMG process gas chromatograph PGC VC (1-streamer, 12-component), RMG correlative online measurement system EMC 500, dew point measurement system and continuous analysis of H2 and H2S.

Section 6
Volume measurement of the conditioned gas that will be fed in supervised by the competent Office of Weights and Measures.

Section 7
RMG automation technology with appropriate safety chains, visualisation of the system and switch-off matrix in accordance with the specification requirements.

Section 8
Foundation and building, including all installation tasks, establishment of the connecting lines and required tests.
